Sarah is not a good leader or charismatic, she is not , doesn't has the experience or background to run this company, you can't deny all this mess that just unfolded and will get nothing but worse is not her responsibility. I don't get it that 86% , just not credible. What has she done? Seriously, what are her achievements other than being given a job that she is incapable of doing.
Any honest review on glassdoor gets axed, they just want positive stuff
Glassdoor is part of Indeed.com and we pay them big bucks to post all our job openings there.
We also pay a six digit subscription for managing our Glassdoor Centene main account which has ability to flag posts for reviews etc. we also have the ability to see the trends and work with their employees on fixing issues as perceived by our management.
It’s a racket!
This site is the only thing that is left for the worker, everything else is just promotion for Centene (linkedin included)
