Ambetter SS got hit hard today. The way they handled this is not ok.
Everyone walking around stressed whether the next ding of an e-mail was their notice or not. It’s just not right.
This whole thing was handled so poorly. With zero professionalism or just human compassion for your employees.

Was laid off today by my supervisor who read off a script and showed zero compassion or human decency. The lack of empathy shown is truly disheartening when I’ve put so much of my life into this job. I was removed from all teams group chats, future team meetings… all before a discussion had been had regarding what I’ll be doing in the next 2 months.
