Mark announced yesterday that Doniel Sutton (Chief People Officer) is leaving after just 1 year.
What are your thoughts? No doubt Mark's comment about her hair had something to do with it.

Regardless of why she is leaving, will anyone miss her??
So she got 24 million to leave, meanwhile employees can’t feed their kids!
No, I think they were referring to the total comp of our president and CRO.

PH, $23.7M in total compensation
Mark, then Suresh and his whole leadership group of bottom feeders
Which C suite member so we think is next? Personally I hope it’s Mark. He’s done NOTHING to bolster, benefit, or improve Alteryx. All he’s done is make us doubt the future of the company. He needs to go ASAP!
She did absolutely nothing.
Not sure what her day-to-day looked like. Heard from her 3 times total and even then she just introduced some useless surveys.
If it’s part of cleaning out the c-suite of all the mids that the CEO hired, then I’m excited.
Unfortunately they couldn’t afford her anymore.
It was a combination of factors, but don’t discount the disgruntlement after Mark’s comment about her hair.
That said, she was not a proactive leader and frankly did nothing to help improve the culture and help employees heal after this year’s multiple rounds of layoffs.
Not to mention not fighting for better severance packages and overseeing layoffs executed in about as cold and callous a way as could be imagined.
She will NOT be missed and particularly by those execs and employees who she actively worked to shut down and disenfranchise.
She is just the first bowling pin to fall in the wholesale c-suite leadership changeover that will be happening in the next 12 months.
Seems like a black eye for the CEO to not be able to retain LDK or Doniel longer than a year.
She got her shares cashed out and she's out of the door. It definitely didn't have anything to do with the comment about her hair. It's the fact that she supported the layoffs movement, got her bonus, her stocks and done one!!
Funny how just over a week after they announce HR is working with a 3rd party agency she is out the door.
