There sending all aip agents to work from home
The process will be gradually slow with managers being the last ones out.
This is to save costs and to give more space to other allstate entities
Anyone there can tell you the amount of a agents is dwindling

Allstate cared so much about the well being of the employees, they were able to go remote in a three day period then sell the campus. My question is when they report how many agents are left and have not closed. are they including individual remote agents in the number. the treason I say this is because you will notice that when they hire an individual to work from home they are given an A number. If you count A numbers as a reflection of the number of agents with physical offices then it would be inflated.
How does this impact Scottsdale?
Work from home is nothing new. In fact 80% of the company at least has been work from home and it never changed after the pandemic. Also work from home makes it easier to move your roles offshore if they so choose.
Cut cost for other entities?company doesn't have other entities and work from home is widespread through 95 percent of company already
