I think we’re in the “you’re lucky to have a job” mode, all the people who got passed over for any basic cost of living adjustments the past few years (I can’t call what they gave “raises”) now get to be extra screwed. So many senior people like this, it’s a absolute disgrace what they do to their loyal employees.
OA has better things to do.

Sure - every year. The "bonus" is getting one year closer to a RIF. Fortunately I'm at that point in my life where it would be a God-send.
