Why is everything so hush? How does no one know what’s going on? Have any case managers been laid off yet? Any insight?

In Florida Medicaid and Medicare UM nurses have been laid off- 10 so far and they confirmed more to come..
Is case management safest dept? I think.
They need case managers to keep their members and state happy to get high survey results etc
If you didn't have a meeting with your manager scheduled yesterday or today you are not impacted. I would imagine their would be layoff only if Florida loses the rfp.
I work in case management, and there has been radio silence today. The anticipation is torture.
