Let’s not mince words here. Your handling of employee notifications is infuriating. It’s about time we have a serious talk.

The fact that some employees are left hanging while others know their fate is an absolute disgrace. Your lack of transparency and empathy is appalling.

This situation is a reflection of your incompetence as a company. We demand immediate action to rectify this and a guarantee that this won’t happen again. Stop playing with people’s livelihoods!

You were notified on Sunday?
I was notified yesterday and had the docs before they had finished reading the script. The docs are in Workday. You should have received an email with links that take you directly to them. If you didn't then that's on the person doing your meeting.

This process should have been started with the news was leaked. This is unacceptable. My livelihood has been at their mercy for over a week. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE

Not sure what your expectation is? It takes time to notify people 1 by 1 which is how it is being done. There is no good way to do it. Packages are individualized based on position, time with company, etc. If not for the leak there wouldn't be the stress but for a myriad of reasons you can't change the process much from how it has gone down. Your displeasure should be with whoever leaked it out.

And yes, I am one of the ones leaving.
