Agile has no terms for BA, QA and Infra

Business analysts, QA and Infra teams are not the problem in Citi. The issue lies with top senior management who have proven to be incompetent and rotten. These leader are so corrupt and outright fraud. Citi needs to get rid of them and bring fresh blood externally.
QA as in aml QA?
