Be honest: how many of you have done something to change your situation? Something like starting to apply for jobs, networking, saving, or anything else? I understand needing a place to vent, that's why I'm here as well, but it seems that so many of you are only venting and doing absolutely nothing to change your situation.

Me had enough and left on January and have 2 cost of living increases with another coming in 2024.
I enjoyed working with my team , but the Dell contractors su-k ,upper management su-ks and the CEO is the worst ever as he won’t even join a TownHall.
Amen.
I suspect there's a churn process going on here...
The number of complaints on this site, similar in nature, are due to staff turnover, as much as the same staff repeatedly bellyaching about the state of play.
Some of those that have moved on to pastures new, probably come back here occasionally, just to see if things have changed (which of course they haven't).
Their successors eventually work out just how bad things are in this company, and come here to vent their frustrations.
Thus, the status quo is maintained.
Only when the greedy self-serving Machiavellian sycophants at the top of this company are replaced, will there be any chance of improvement. Even if they are, I suspect it may be too late for a turnaround.
