This company needs to layoff upper management from these poorly ran implementation projects that’s costing the company millions. Project should have been implemented over a year ago and still NOTHING. Keep hiring different contract firms to put processes in place and will not utilize the actual employees is insane. Management have no experience and THEY need to be let go FIRST plus the top heavy management. Why are 3 levels of VPs necessary.

Actually it’s very weird how many companies this company uses to outsource their employees. They layoff 2000 workers while PSG Global and Everise and C3connect are hiring for very cheap wages for Centene and making employees bring a monitor and a headset while paying almost $11.75 hr for training and $14 hr for work. They’ve actually over hired way too many people and can’t even keep up with a professional process of training or hiring.
Then I read that they (Centene) being investigated for denying claims for profit on prescriptions and medical claims.
I know of a certain director that is over a certain project that needs to be let go!!!! The way she treats people is disgusting! She’s been complained on and nothing is being done!! Make these abusive “leaders” part of the 2k!!!!!!!!!
