Don't worry about all this Fortune 500 and SP500 expulsion talk, I've got it under control.

The market, ATOS, and the PE firm has got it all wrong, Im the only one who is right. Have confidence in me the company is worth $60 per share not $20 on the market or $45 ATOS Were offering.

I'm have bought out $2Billion of the company from your pay to try and raise my stock options but it's not worked. I will borrow another $1 Billion todo more buybacks. The strategy will continue blindly.

I know what your saying, turnover has gone down 50%, Share price crashed 50% and pay raises frozen, everything cut under my 4 years, can't you see that's success in my playbook.

I know some you think I'm a bvllsitter. Have confidence in me I can get more value, especially with my Mary besides me.

How does this help any of us here? It's the same low bar repeated Mr shouty impression in every other post.

How do we turn this around and start to help those who want to develop our careers? Those early and those late in careers.

Is the only real choice to leave?

Its been a high productivity week at the C suite.

I've had an email from Mikey and an email from Mary.

They probably wrote them together while they were in the corporate jet heading to Miami for the weekend.

With one email sent each they can fulfil their bonus criteria for FY24.

Sickening Mary what you earn in 16 hours $40000 some people don't earn that working all year in this company.

Nobody sees you actually do anything. This company is leaking so much money on gophers. If they cut out the higher and middle gophers the profit margins would rise significantly.

I'm sure Mike could pay you $5million from his $20milion pay if you were to be replaced.

Hello M and S, Apologies if you are upset with us. Don't be angry at us - we are poor VP's EVPs presidents and board members who dance to whatever tunes you play because you pay us well. We will keep doing your bidding - once in a while send some share options and retention money our way.

I just hope I will be one of the chosen ones to get an invite for that super survey... not that I am thinking that they will take on any of the results which would be honest on them, but just out of the fun of it... but I am wondering how many and in which region will be the chosen ones...

Mary here, I know you haven't heard from me for a while (years ha ha), Mike's said I've got to start doing something to keep my payroll going otherwise people will actually start questioning what I do for my $5million.

To be honest I don't know what I do besides being Mikes right hand women. What if repeat the old playbook? Restart them employee surveys, do the odd town hall, promise pay raises, promise development and careers (I know its non existenant but I can make it up). May a flight out to Manchester to watch some soccer.

What do you think?, will it be enough for another 5 years at $5million+ or will they work me out?

I know what your thinking, I make more money in 2 quarters for doing nothing than you will for busting your guts your whole life. Luckily it's all because of my Mike, its not what you do but who your with.
