Yes I think it’s cr-ppy what went down and yes I may be on that list this week or in the coming months.
I owe them nothing. But focusing on my work has helped me avoid at least some anxiety. I know it’s out of my control so I choose to focus on what I can do.
Yes. It is a loser company. Those Medicare Stars are practically given out. It is embarassing most their Medicare Advantage plans have low scores. Management's fault. Those 2000 should be managers. There are too many layers of managers. If the investors knew the wasted time being spent, they would be appalled. Management wastes the workers time with a bunch of "fun" useless activities they create, because they have nothing better to do. Focus on work, less time on fluff.

Kind of selfish tho. I’m sorry it happened to you but them imploding will make 75,000 ppl lose their jobs. Most of which absolutely need their job.

No. I got my notification yesterday. This is a paid extended vacation for me and l deserve it!
After the town hall, I want to know if all the areas involved with the STARs terrible scoring are being let go. There is little to no excuse to have such low scores - you cannot blame it all on the providers, the entire time spent explaining that hot mess was clearly a distraction IMO
during the townhall meeting, i felt everything was scripted. i could not even smile or laugh but they were all just "excited" .. best of luck to those who got laid off and hoping the best for all those still standing...
Based on that town hall, this isn’t going to be the last round. “2024 is going to be a hard year”. Translation: multiple rounds of layoffs in the horizon. I wish everyone the best, and for those laid off I hope you find a great opportunity

I think today many people are sad,scared,afraid and extremely anxious at Centene. I think they should have delivered the news before going into the weekend and should have had the townhall AFTER the layoffs. It's very difficult to do your work not knowing what's going to happen. Very sad.
