I thought it was humorous how the Culture Officer referenced Rich Chong as an interviewee to gauge the company culture . He’s a misogynistic box checker who is void of culture, values, or input. A grandiose data analytics lover, who can’t identify holes or gaps in reports and is disconnected to his employees.
I know because I reported to him and he never wanted feedback unless it matched his. If the Culture Officer wanted some honest feedback she should conduct skip level meetings. What a joke!!
Those low quality STAR ratings on all Medicare Advantage plans; the whole Executive Team need to resign including the CEO. The investors and government partners should demand resignations. No excuses to have such low ratings on so many plans.
