I have been absolutely flabbergasted. Never seen anything like it, that’s for sure.
Our Director sent an email earlier on Thursday and said be sure to attend the exciting Townhall.
Exciting? What a poor choice of words. I felt this before and it still holds true. People in upper management are souless, hold a bunch of nonsense meetings, and like to hear themselves talk.
I can hardly listen to all the townhalls within our department. When l see the company spotlights on Centene homepage, l can hardly look at those either. What a bunch of freaks and rejects we have within the organization. No wonder the organization as a whole s_ _cks. Why not wake up instead of being woke.
USAA had a sui. ci. de a month or two back... on company property.

That really seemed like an actual implosion.
Ha, one day there will be a documentary about it!
Anyone notice the princess with an airport Tampa florida jacket on? that I am sure was flown first class or private class from boston? it was all very nauseating listening to them giggle. the same overpaid employees that only have to worry about which exotic vacation they are going on next.
BJC IS JUST AS BAD

They can’t even find their ceo.
If I could rate, it was 1/10 for townhall.
No adequate preparation from executives.
Not enough time spent on rational for layoffs when you just made 1Billion last quarter
Not allowing follow up questions.
This is akin to some leaders still using Zoom when Teams is available and block chat functionality or hide participants list and quickly moving past slides when there is hardly 2 seconds to post questions.
Especially after yesterday's town hall.
