I keep reading those under Rich Chong will be affected the most. What departments under him are you all speaking about?

Rich Chong's org includes operational functions like claims, PDM, etc. It's like an internal TPA within CMC.
LinkedIn says that he is responsible for “enterprise operational services for our Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace products” so whoever gave you this news basically gave you nothing. That’s all the business lines.
Hopefully it’s wrong.
I believe it’s all depts. not sure how many out of each. It’s scary.
