When they know they screwed up, we're suddenly all a family. Except when you're being laid off. Then it's nothing personal. Just business. Right?

Family doesn’t lay off family. lol. That’s all a crock. They use that term family.. to get you to feel guilty if you don’t live up to their expectations.. if they’re family.. ask your manager to watch your kid or loan you money.. see if they’re family then. Only when it benefits the company— NOT YOU.
