Suggest that the company look at other ways to avoid layoffs, such as NO more private jet's to go to meetings that could be done by office on zoom. Supervisors and above do not need resort type meetings that can be done by zoom or in the small welcome offices. A lot of money wasted with no reason. No MORE HUGE bonuses to the supervisors and above when you took away the small bonuses of all the front line people but kept yours. To many in management and not enough people in the front line jobs, we are your bread and butter and you need to show us some respect.

Supervisors didn’t get a raise or anything else when everyone else got that across the board raise last year. All they got was they were told that corporate was working on theirs. Guess what, it never came. Supervisors didn’t get the bonuses that some of the frontline staff got either. People think that supervisors sit right there with the executives and they don’t.
Too bad the Executives and Management team did not offer to not receive their multi million dollars in bonuses, to save some employee jobs.
No respect for these clowns.
