Does DXC still exist?

If it wasn't for the monthly timesheet email I'm not sure how I'd know DXC still existed.

Virtual first, so no office visuals or company badge
Even after 6 years we are still paid by the legacy companies
CEO hasn't communicated with staff for 18+ months
Global townhalls replaced with regional/organizational town halls but they've stopped too
No communication about anything
The one DXC tool I did use, DXC recognition, has been stopped due to lack of funding. Again with no communication.

If you do ask what's going on, you either get no answer or the answer that no one knows, because there is no communication.

So again I'm left with if it wasn't for timesheets I'd have no way of knowing DXC existed.

Seems a strange way to run a company.

Is the DXC Store sale of overpriced branded tat, further evidence of DXC's non-existence or just a sign of how misguided the leaders are about employee engagement?

Most of the execs (EVP vp president, so called offering leaders) have all got their golden parachute ready. Solid industry relations built and can land in somewhere safely. The real techies and engineers will get something with min 30 per cent hike in salary. It is only the paper pushers, middle mgmt yahoos who did just send emails and did the bidding of the so called leaders are in trouble. Beware.
