So many of us are worried if we are going to have a job next week and these people are joking about someones favorite ice cream flavor! SERIOUSLY?

The woman that stepped in dog cr-p and likes ice cream....what a joke of a job...reads our surveys and apparently relays the results to Centene executive mgmt.
Tone deaf out of touch and inability to deviate from a pre-planned script.
I'm surprised they barely adjusted anything in the two days between the leak and the presentation. It was uncomfortable to watch. Then the comment about being a family made my skin crawl.
And what they stepped in when they were a kid...
It goes to show communicating the layoffs was never on the original agenda
