Target Corporation was known for its work culture and now with foreign leadership, Target is not the same. Foreign managers! Have empathy towards your employees, they are not your slaves.

Target should hire foreign seniors/leads/principals who bring tech. They should not hire them for managerial positions as they have service industry mindset of micromanagement and taking credits of their reportees.
Because foreign managers are responsible for moving your job to their country, seems kind of obvious.
It's like 80% of the managers are from one country who are on h1b visas.
