Does anyone notice that C-Suite exits aren’t noted by the CEO to emoloyees?
i.e. Anika Gardenhire, Mark Brooks
Curious what you think?

And FWIW in regards to Mark, he got a cushy CIO position after we acquired HealthNet and ended up remaining as one of MFN's people. Anytime a new CEO comes in, they're going to have their own "people" to insulate them. He got quietly pushed to the side for LeClarc (which by the way, is French for "the clerk", or in modern times "admin" ... but I digress). You trade off the stress of high-stakes politics for wealth. Mark is a non-story.
Anika, now THAT is a page-turner! RN -> BSN -> C-Suite of a Fortune company. It's a natural career progression. And Chief Customer Experience Officer and Chief Digital Content Officer are very real titles. And now she's quietly out after multiple front page posts of getting to know her.
They were highly paid, what's there to notice?
