Definitely believe that, I wonder if they’re still planning to phase it out, but they realized all at once would be too drastic.

Be glad we are still receiving some amount of PTO cash out. HR’s original plan was to eliminate the PTO cash out for budget purposes.
Honestly, at this point if they made a decision that was smart or actually got the workforce energized, I would probably think I was hallucinating. And then after messing up benefits and making people more miserable, they are going to wonder why morale is bad and still have an abysmal target of less than 50% employees satisfaction. I honestly didn’t even know something that could be an unattainable goal. I am starting to get annoyed at my friends, poking fun at me for working here.
Isn't this back to the accrual method we had before?? How d-mb is HR?? That is your answer. I've never seen an HR group make such stupid decisions, try to reverse it, then make it worse.
