DT is not safe this time. DT is overstaffed, and they are non-direct-charge employees. CT DT will typically be reduced by 30%. I only know this because leadership asked us to provide a list of low-performing employees.

Wait and watch. It’s coming !!
No one got laid off as far as we know.
Thanks for the heads up. I am a noob in engineering. Keeping my fingers crossed. I see that severance is only one month.

Thanks for the heads up
To the Asc Dir:
So how did you pick your folks? Is it based on project capacity or just randomly?
Yes they are foreign nationals but do you think we are the only company who have India center?? Nop. All big corporations have India center. We build security around it. India center is here to stay but CT Digital technology will be reduced 30% in October.
Honestly, half of them are useless anyways. Politics, kissing people butt to get promoted etc.
Yeah but they can go into the systems. They are considered foreign nationals
Gave my list of people in my org up to HR. I know DT is on the chopping block - the India Development Center was the writing on the wall. Anyone supporting transformation is going to be let go. Oct 10 is the day.
This is hilarious; 3 years to the day the laid off 20%-23% of Pratts workforce due to COVID….
The executive’s bonuses will be massive this year! Great job!!! Pay for that Jamaican island!
Is this across specific units like MFG, SEV, MRO or in general or to specific software teams?
Digital Technology aka IT
What is DT? Development Team?
