ALMOST DEFINITIVE List of OE Friendly Companies
This is a list that came from the discord and parts of this subreddit from self reported people.
Centene - Tops the list, and the biggest focus of this post, as we've seen about 4 dozen ¹overemployed folks² claiming³ how OE friendly this company is, with their low hours per week workload, no cameras on culture, and one even claiming they sleep all day and only attend a single 3PM meeting.
There is seriously no catch. There are folks landing offers as recent as yesterday, 9/18/2023; and many many more are in the pipelines for data analyst, software engineering, devops, and SRE.
One person reported that working for centene made it seem like he "doesn't even have a job at all", just stacking cash while being employed there.
Background check is extremely forgiving, normal, and they do not do any post hire background checks.
Reach out to any Centene recruiters you find on google and work with them for roles you are interested in. Many roles with "Various" in the location imply they're remote friendly.

Folks who actually work at centene can attest to an incredibly relaxed environment (especially within software engineering), coworkers take hours to respond back on microsoft teams, and stories are often pushed out weeks to complete. It's one of the biggest OE magnets in this space and many dozens of overemployed folks have applied and stacked cash at this company since early 2020.
CVS Health - Second place below Centene, with many contractors (many of whom were not affected by their recent layoffs) reporting extremely low <10 hours per week obligations, and are stacking checks every two weeks.
Capital One - Their hybrid policy is a joke, and we've seen many folks just show up in person once and then are fully remote afterwards. Many report less than 20 hours a week.
Indeed - Remote friendly, and incredibly easy to OE there. Have you seen the infamous blind post of someone being at indeed and google?
