Biggest cost to a business is Labor. Easiest way to reduce cost is to cut Labor via layoff. Given the SLT is mainly now Ex-Sprint, you can be guaranteed there will be annual layoffs, because that's all they know how to do.

There will always be more cuts here until it starts impacting their bottom line. Right now they are just pushing it to see how far they can go in reducing cost(wages).

“Foreseeable future” is not a timeline. They could literally announce more cuts today. Don’t think they aren’t coming or that you’re safe, nobody here is especially if you aren’t management.

some leaders didn’t meet their targets but are hoping to meet it through natural attrition. if that doesn’t happen, expect more first half of next year.
