Rumor is that there will be another RIF in November. Is this the last one? Do we know who will be impacted? It would be helpful if leadership would share their vision for the consolidations so we know when to expect the change to stop and so we can work towards their future vision for how we operate. At this point, it’s very disruptive to our daily work and causing extreme anxiety.

How do you know? What department and teams are being impacted? How many people in total?
Expect this to be the same as the last two rounds — marketing, sales, and presales engineers mostly. Also low performers in the product dev ranks. No execs above the director level, of course. They are all safe because of their high levels of competence.
The ki-l list process for the Q4 RIF began this week, and the lists should be completed by the end of next week. The process will kick off as before in coordination with announcement of Q3 earnings.
Under the interim HR leadership, the RIF process will be less cold/impersonal/inhumane than it has been under Doniel, but the severance packages and benefits are going to be materially the same as before.
Expect an under-the-radar number of people so as not to trigger WARN in various locales. Remember, the RIFs will continue until morale improves.

What departments are the focus of the RIF list? Where is the biggest share?

They could start with the numerous low quality VPs/Directors in PE.
All the good employees have already left ;)
Totally true. Many of the very best and talented left back in the Sharmila days of 2020 through mid-2021.
Boy, was that a living he-l.
The company is doing everything it possibly can to make itself attractive for sale to a PE firm. Among the easiest things it can do is to cut the employee base so as to maximize profitability and have the most reduced headcount numbers.
This board called the Aug layoffs spot on.
A broken clock is still right twice a day.
Just because this board was spot on doesn’t mean they had any real insight. You only had two choices, lay-offs or no layoffs.
This board leans toward the pessimistic side so of course everyone would say layoffs.
I’m not saying November layoffs aren’t possible but whatever this anonymous board says doesn’t mean it’s the truth.
This board called the Aug layoffs spot on.
Absolutely correct. And the November layoff is coming, guaranteed. Nobody is going to give their sources here.
As has been said, there will be rolling stealth layoffs and selective hiring where things were cut too deeply before.
The best and brightest at AYX have already left on their own accord, or were laid off in the three earlier rounds.

This board called the Aug layoffs spot on. Is it odd that now there are 28 job listings on the corp site for legal corp counsel, vp of benefits, and sales mgrs. So who's getting cut?
You must be deluded to think that there won't be another round of layoffs. The company has gone downhill over the last 9 months. No job is safe except the CEO, Mark Bellend and his little puppets like Doniel.
You're really wasting your Time there. I'd suggest you look elsewhere asap and frankly tell Shitryx to f right off. The mugs have stressed their employees enough. And this is coming from a partner who are no longer interested in working with Alteryx. They've lost a valuable partner.
Everyone Seems to say multiple sources on these threads.
Everyone I talk before the second round had no clue what was happening but this thread has an abundance of people with “sources”
Weird…
Everything now depends on when and to whom the company is sold off to.
But yes, multiple sources have confirmed another round of layoffs at next earnings. I have not yet heard that the ki-l lists have been prepared, only that general numbers have been identified.
