Don’t forget all the emails coming out of India, stating “We’ve saved this by doing X”, it’s just doing your job guys.

Please stop hating. Our HR department is world class. They have stopped the outflow of top talent with our no raise/no counter offer culture. They have also ensured we recruit the best with low pay scale and external hiring freeze. On top of this, communication to the workforce is amazing, we champion things like do more self training, say if you don't like it F off, and clearly message People First. On top of ALL of that, you are now empowered to avoid communication with your peers, and instead reward them with an email recognition that says they did a good job. See what we did there, you don't even have to engage them, you can email that you appreciate them and maybe they can even print a certificate. How is that not worth 5 mil a year?
