Deal was to purchase for 1.5 billion.

They are also being sued by Bon Secours Mercy Health for 94 million in unpaid claims and being confronted on their massive use of denials for medically necessary services. Medicare advantage has lost Drs as states have been pulling out.
It's actually headline news in Louisiana news monopoly.
