They already took away ALL bonuses.. and they've had the claims dept on OT for the past 6 months.
... but they need budget cuts huh? They can't even hire enough people to handle what they have coming in now.

You didnt read hoe the company doesnt have the same funds coming in , loss of stars means less $$$ , loss of contracts ...
