Considering the stock has and is rebounding, the employees are very optimistic. Thank you Mark for turning it around so quickly.
UGH. What a clown.
In reality many if not most employees are biting their nails waiting for the RIF guillotine to fall the day that Q3 earnings are announced and immediately thereafter.
Half the Millenials and Gen-Z’ers have already quiet-quit since the August layoff. Many just don’t care anymore and are merely collecting paychecks for as long as they can.
The executive team has turned the company into a demoralized group of quiet-quitting zombies.
