Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Network Finance getting cut?

Curious to see if the network finance team will be seeing any cuts this time around? There’s a bunch of analyst doing nothing but “busy work”.

The goal is 20k, not 10k. CCI is missing that by over 50%. That's a problem.

We’re not going to have any issues hitting the 10k small cel goal this year. It’s fake news saying that we’re falling behind and not going to make it.

Finance is normally safe. People that took a package recently were all voluntary or office closures.

Doesn’t appear like it? We keep talking about lame 2024 goals and how “we make an impact in the organization”. Nothing/no clues about having layoffs under EB’s organization

If Network can’t deliver for Q4, it will suffer the same fate as Tower. Expect stock in the 60s.

Watch the SEC filings. It will come very early in the morning when it happens. Most likely after the earnings call, and when they kick the Company Conversation can further down the road. The EMT doesn’t have the dignity to look you in the eye. It can only hide behind Q&As and emails.

It will happen in November. They want to get through their investor call then announce layoffs. Same as this last one and the others they did in the past.

They don't want to answer layoff questions during their call.

I wonder how soon that will happen?

The entire group is not being eliminated, but heavily thinned out. Those chosen to stay will be those who play the game.

I’m on the same boat. The Finance managers who sit in canonsburg need to get re-evaluated and fired. All they do is make their employees overwork by forcing them to do their dirty work and then present the work as their own and get credit for it

I’m in the finance org and our director keeps feeding us BS on how we all should work hard to make crown a success. Forced overwork and treats all of us like cr-p just so that it makes them look good

Security group is the same. Fake work to justify headcount.

Maybe they'll be asked to move to Houston

It’s obvious that the network finance group is a joke! Been getting random reports weekly that state the same thing, produced by different analysts

“Busy work” as in doing pointless reports to make the team seem valuable to other departments, establishing fake KPIs to report out etc

If by busy work you mean watching videos on their phones all day long…
