Just wondering if anyone has heard about any potential RIFs happening within Workforce Management anytime soon.

Yes, all areas are targeted, including HR. Now, if you department had a significant number of open positions, closing most of those may mean they don’t need to RIF anyone.
I wouldn’t be surprised and it’s most likely going to happen. The RIFs are company wide and nobody is safe. With this impending AI rollout, it’s going to affect a lot of rolls such as WFM. I hear the next wave will affect CSBD the same way this round was more geared towards GBD. It’s going to be a bumpy ride the rest of the year.
