Taking a quick survey to see what level of toxicity your segment or region is at? Just post a number between 1-10 with ten being the highest of toxicity you can imagine. Mine is around an 8.5 now, things can't get much worse, but I know they will. I have seen the unimaginable over the last 14 months from managers publicly criticizing employees to falsifying customer documents. I had a customer left high and dry, datacenter completely down with no help or support from Dell. This type of corporate greed and audacity is concerning to say the least.
Curious, where is your level of toxicity?

1ngu+1oJrU40t management is not honest because you will be shocked at how decisions are made. If you recall a dilbert cartoon strip make decisions, that is the reality at the fancy teams at the topmost level.
Dont assume that leaders know or evaluate consequences of what they are doing.
They will be around because they are friends with the top guy.

Doing more with less.
Across region everybody is on breaking point, management is not honest, and i think there will be some major announcement or shifting till end of this year. If situation continue to be like this we will colapse.
