Like previous post said, it's better just laying 1st and 2nd level managers off as they're not working doing anything.
Weekly staff meeting, trying to micromanaging people reporting to them... tell me what you done so far... WTF, why don't you tell me what you've done besides giving orders.
Nothing ever changes. My manager has gotten 4 negative reviews in a row, HR even interviewed the module annnnnd nothing.

These surveys are just a sorry way to help the Intel people release the steam. There are better ways to accomplish that.
I have my usual harsh review and I’m sure we’ll have to endure several team meetings to discuss it, but little will change.
Why are we even talking about this topic here? Is there any meaningful outcome of any survey ?
