Frontline CSBD associate… wonder if it’s RIF or just to discuss RIF happening.

This is what happeded in June in National Accounts under CSBD but is was nurse case managers that were RIF'd. Lost 3 total from my team. Nothing this round. Curious to see what is ahead.
From my vantage point it has been people who are older with many years of service.
Exactly as I thought. For years they have tried to force commercial strategies and processes into Medicaid. They don’t like that Medicaid has different rules in every state. So little by little they will dismantle GBD as a separate segment and try to combine CSBD and GBD into a single entity. This will fail. Medicaid will continue to underperform and audits and fines will increase. Goodbye GBD. It’s been good while it lasted.

CSBD frontline. I had my 1:1 changed to yesterday and did not get team invite as it was sent after my 1:1. My 1:1 ended up being 2:1 with my mgr and HR. I got the RIF. The teammates that received the meeting invite did not. Good luck!
I was told hundreds of staff both on and off shore affected (laid off) Yep, I got the axe yesterday
