Is severance package based on org or location and YOE at the firm?
What is the package in CTO / CAA / GPA groups in Tampa and Irving? Unless these groups are exempted from upcoming layoffs as they are mainly technology

They’ve already said no volunteers, no early retirement etc. This is a restructuring, they can’t have people randomly volunteering from different areas to be let go. They are getting rid of specific roles and groups.
Execs are out of touch with reality. This is why people want to work remote. Imagine those workers that moved, purchased home or signed lease to work at Citi location and now will be fired. Huge upheval. If Citi wants to cut people they should offer incentives to those wanting to retire. That is what many companies do.
Nice package
I work there over 30 years. I got the maximum which is two weeks for every year so I got a year salary. I thought, if looking in the handbook, everybody gets the same regardless of what they’re title is
It’s based on C level. C13 & above get 2 weeks per year or partial year up to 12 weeks.
I had some teammates laid off earlier this year. They both got 1 pay period per year of service.
