Sure, why not? Marc B at SF is trying to woo back their boomerang employees. With teddy bears and public entreaties from the big ohana guy himself. 🙄
It’s outrageous that companies can just hire in bulk, layoff in bulk and just start over with a clean slate. It relieves them of the hard resource planning needed to run a business successfully. Laid off employees are encouraged to re apply, but it’s a ruse. And it’s been going on so long, everyone just accepts it as normal.
Hire back those they let go at 10% less wages.
