This forum is really going downhill now. Some people are resorting to spread lies to create disinformation within the employees.
The retention payment was NOT paid this month. It was paid in Aug! And it’s a quarterly payment. Quarterly isn’t monthly for the stupid people amongst us.
Retention is a pay rise for people on accounts the business cannot offshore, but doesn't want to commit the salary increase to the accounts. And it can be withdrawn without notice, at least they dropped the term that you had to pay all your bonuses back if you left.
I’m the OP and you’re talking sh--e again. The retention payment being discussed on here is the security clearance payment. It’s not paid on different times. It’s paid quarterly end off. Quarterly isn’t every month.
Go see a doctor if you can’t understand that.
Hey useless OP. Retention is specific to an employee or to a group of employees and there are timelines for the payment documented based on the conditions of employee staying with DXC for certain period of time. So it is not one size that fits all. Now please go and vote for drumpf.
Retention for what ? Is DXC being sold, going out of business ?
