Try to remember the kind of September, when raises came for all your work.
Try to remember, and if you remember then apply elsewhere, elsewhere.
He that takes much, self bonuses will get what is deserved.
Public humiliation and a long 10-12 year vacation surrounded by razor wire.

I hate to say this, because it goes against my personality. But I give only 30% effort anymore at work. If the company doesn’t care about me, I could care less about it.

Pay going down with inflation so hours and care level also going down....You get what you pay for.
Was told bonus was not given this year. What a lie ? Just say, Bonus will not be given to you.
