I knew I was getting laid off about an hour before the 1:1 with my director. The Outlook app on my phone was disabled, and when I tried to sign back in, I wasn't able to. The Authenticator app did not recognize my info. To add more insult to injury, I couldn't get the link to reset my password for the careers website that would've been sent to my T-Mobile email. The first thing I said to my manager when I got into the meeting was, yup, I already know I didn't make it. Let's get this over with!
Could you please post the email so those not in his org can read?
