I know of a few LEDs that got RIFF’d.
Commercial clinical operations was hit hard. Outpatient, inpatient, psccr, etc.
As a California Associate let go by Elevance Health after 10+ years, I am curious is the company in violation of the state’s WARN Act since I was only given 30 days notice? Or is this negated by them offering severance?

Provider IT got hit
Got riffed today as a manager. This place has a lot of bs anyways. Every director, VP,etc projects stupid numbers and hires a whole bunch of new people and managers that is not up to par with the work. Gave 27 years to this company, made it better and took care of my team. No loyalty. Glad that chapter of my life is over.
I know a Staff VP, one Director, three managers, and 3 Compliance Directors. So sad for our colleagues.
Have heard of E12 to M17
I know of only 1 director, 1 manager, a bunch of Clinical Quality Program Consultants in GBD. They didn't get rid of the top heaviness that they could've.
They even kept new hires and RIFD some seasoned great workers. This su-ks.
I know at least 4 Directors.
