I knew something was not right when my manager changed my 1x1 from next week to today. Anyway SVP came on the line and started to talk about cost reduction, then Manager joined, then HR joined and started to talk about separation packages. Felt relieved as I wanted to leave, take some time off for training then re -enter the workforce. This kind of help me make that decision. No regret leaving this place.

I got it today. But I had over 24 hours to see the 1/1 sit on my calendar. They included HR on my invite. So it was obvious.
What positions were rif’d?
Same thing here. Got riffed today at elevance. Had 1 on 1 with manager and HR was in the meeting.

It's a shame they prefer money over people and outsourcing.
I was RIFed back in June. Finally didn't have to freaking worry about it anymore.
I’m so sorry. We lost one person on our team- right after having a town hall where senior leadership was bragging about the profits and cost of care savings. Felt so fake:
