If the RIF turns our to be true, and you get axed. Would you ever consider coming back to this place?

I like my paychecks. I have to have one every two weeks, so if I had trouble finding something equivalent elsewhere, I’d come back as a LAST RESORT. I’d LOVE to datamine for someone that goes after us though.
I did - RIFfed several years ago after 31 years. At my age there werent many options for finding ‘other’ employment. If it happens again - I will not return. Worked hard in the last few years to be sure I did not need the position.
HE-L NO
Being the breadwinner who is reliant on the bonus, yes, yes I would go back, but it's about my needs only.
I would not return. this place, It is a train wreck.
I would like to say NO, but being this is almost 4th Quarter, most companies low or out of budget and not hiring till new year, I will do what I have to do to put food on the table and a roof over my head. But if I do, I will be looking for another job regardless. Been disappointed with this company for years. Should have been looking way before this happened. 🥹
I would not come back to this place. They do not care about people or healthcare. They only care about selling stock...they and the other profit healthcare companies need to go. They are bottom feeders.
With a total compensation package offer of $1.5 million to put up with all of the cr-p, maybe I would think about it.... Otherwise, NO!!! Think that is high for mid-level management, check out Executive level compensations - https://www1.salary.com/ANTHEM-INC-Executive-Salaries.html
Not a chance
If the RIF’d poor leaders and political cliques
If I got desperate with finding something.
What do you mean if true... Some of the invites have been sent.
