Every team will be impacted by the RIF. Some teams have a 20% reduction target and will let them all go on Thursday while other teams will eliminate that 20% between Thursday and the end of the year. Don't think any team, GBD or CSBD, are exempt from the RIF and believe most GBD teams have a 20% target and CSBD has a 10% target. Heard they are also bringing in additional HR staff due to the volume of people being laid off. Directors and above will probably be let go immediately while others will have to work a 30 day notice. Also with the required 7x7 changes, you should see a drastic reduction in the number of Directors and above.
