I wish my fcking boss would be demotivated. Beech still acting as if she is not going to be laid off. She said no to RTO, instead of looking for another job, beech still performing making us all tired, beat and overly stimulated. Yes, we are still getting paid -- I am doing the job of 3 people because they kept laying people off.
This company pays us employees VERY well.

When it has been proven that Stankey needs to cut costs due to the C Suites poor decisions that have encumbered the company with so much debt, there is nothing any of us can do to fix that. I can work extra hours, or sit and watch the company burn. My shovel is not big enough to dig this company out of the hole it is in. Tens of thousands of us could not do the same.
There is no faith in "leadership" anymore and for very good reasons.

Most employees impacted by this RTO BS have lost motivation - both those facing termination now and those knowing it is coming in the near future. Stankey has no clue how to be a CEO

Company shills will soon be joining former employees, your comments don’t matter anymore. Eventually a upper level sycophant will notice that you can’t shame or run anyone off anymore, morale is dead! Waiting till we get the call and drawing a check until not leaving or moving.
I threw in the towel a long time ago, just do the bare minimum to keep that pay coming to my account every two weeks, that's all! I couldn't care less about this company or any executive manager associated with it cuz they're all a bunch of morale killers!

AMEN to that. Before he disrupted all the employees' lives in non-Dallas locations, I was motivated to do my best. I have never been so unmotivated. I will just relax until my last day on payroll when I get that severance payout.
