Are they replacing Brian Leclaire with Ajoy Kodali or this is just an addition of another high paid executive? Just seems strange to have two CIOs when so many good people appear to be mercilessly laid off left and right at all levels?

Seeing how its the exact same downvotes for anyone questioning the person who keeps saying poet I would say its the same person spamming votes.... Also all the posts on every thread by this person have the same message just worded differently...
Quite disgusting seeing people defending Sarah, who is lucky rich girl, that has destroyed people careers, put families in a misery and put down Centene as an organization in a path of destruction, just
because is "cool" a young woman CEO who doesn't know what is doing whatsoever, Making 20mm in comp for talking sh-t like a puppet and raking though on the back of lay off employees and the most vulnerable members in America. She should be the one fired and never allowed to run an organization ever again.
Huh, wondering why people getting offended. Didn't Sarah call herself a poet and a Hollywood prospect, I think there are articles out there about it. She did talk about liquifying clinical data back in optum, a poet data liquifyer would be nothing but part of her success story prior to Centene, back to laying off people, who is ultimately responsible for replacing and allowing people let go in the organization, and putting so many people out of work and families in despair with no rhyme and reason, ultimately the CEO ,which happens to be utterly unqualified, people don't even get the privilege to get fired by a highly capable and respected CEO in this organization.
It's definitely a dude. How about we all just down vote any poet posts and maybe he'll crawl back into his mom's basement and hide? The Poet poster offers literally nothing about layoffs. It's just blubbering rants that suggest a weird obsession with Centene's CEO.
no, he (you KNOW it’s a dude) is too married to the “poet” schtick
I'm giving you an upvote, but secretly hoping "liquid data" doesn't become the new "Sara, the poet" on here.
Right , Sarah the poet back then in optum venture when was a sales person would talk about liquifying data, I think at that moment most people realize she was just full of sh-t ,with the exception of Centene that thought she was just super smart by talking about liquid data, oh wow, liquid data, this is even beyond qubits and quantum, physics, so this is where we are now.
Favortism is experienced by 75% of employees in most companies. Not sure with that high percentage there is an expectation of hiring people for work ethic. Just doesn’t work at any company.
Do you guys know if when Sarah L the poet interviewed Ajoy asked him about liquid data, the poet was a lot in liquifying data, never been able to figure what it is, but she probably wants candidates that are cool in the liquid data space
The layer being built is just another fiasco, it is more I like this guy over this guy. A mismanaged ruderles organization fraught with politics.
You have super capable people within CNC, with better credentials, with better education, with fire in their belly to change things, better than some of this goon they are bringing, but the politics are just at another level here.
I don't think there is good game plan. There is no turn around, this place slowly but surely is digging it's own grave. Once all the stock buybacks is done, game is over. Buying there stock at $40 then
I think we are, and need to be, moving to a more business-directed IT model. The layer being built will slowly but deliberately dismantle mini empires in IT.
There are a lot of administrative firewalls in IT that make it hard to pivot the organization. Both sides need to be nimble.
Was I an executive I would avoid Centene at all costs, you might be in the press today and 6 months later gone, it is like kids playing blocks.
Well they have that Susan Smith from Humana sitting there as SVP( sure a 7 figures job) "Fostering the company to next level of cultural enlightenment", bunch of bullsh-t, , or maybe just waiting her non compete to expire , who knows for what reasons, This people are just the biggest clown in the industry, could they use and support the people they have, very good people, give them space to operate and move the company forward, support them, instead of gambling with outsiders that are just not going to fix sh-t either when they realize the politics supersede everything.
I believe it's just more insulation for Brian? Ajoy is also former Humana. And yes, another high paid Exec role that didn't previously exist.
Can't tell if the game plan is to slowly replace all of Mark Brooks's people after building this middle layer or just 7-figure jobs for friends while gutting the rest of the company.
