I would say that Mark Roettgering and Bill Galicia on their way out is hardly “barely any changes”. Plus 25% of the org.

I’m so confused why some awesome people were laid off entirely, some could stay where is, and others were given relocation. What was your experience?

I can confirm that a few senior managers and managers were cut. High performers.
Don't know of any managers or directors impacted. A lot of ICs were let go, all mixed levels and experience. Can anyone else confirm if any managers+ were cut??

Sadly no Senior leadership impacted but one. Interesting. You know, I stumbled into TMobile’s net margin… I think the company is operating without ready cash and now has some risky debt… might be good to go now…

Does your severance pay start now or upon the separation date (which for me is Dec 4th)? It’s a bit confusing in the severance agreement which we’re told to not sign until Your separation date.
You might not get an e-mail invite. Some our our meeting/1:1 invites are coming directly through Slack.
I neither have a 1-1 or a group meeting. What does this mean? It’s so hard waiting and not knowing 🙁

Yep, got laid off. I feel numb right now, but I know this will lead to better days. And I'm honestly just glad it's over! The anticipation was ki-ling me. Now, time to regroup and figure out what's next up for me.

if your director is your direct manager, then i’m sorry. if they are not, there’s a chance your direct manager is cut and you’re switching managers.

I definitely think it's coming in waves or at least it feels that way. MIX is a HUGE org. It might get chaotic if everything happened all at once.
