Can somebody please explain to Seagate leadership that cheaper DOES NOT equal better? That it's exactly the opposite? They will completely ruin a once great company by focusing solely on cost cuts instead of focusing on finding ways to create a better product, for example.

Somebody sure has a hard one for a certain LCO core team leader.
LCO core team leader > (Jeff bezos+ Musk + Satya + Pichai +….)
They r the tech gurus..who r busy working at gym..
LCO core team leader says that if we keep working hard we will get our bonuses back.
I see the effect everyday. People assigned to tasks that were assigned to former (laid off) employees and have no clue how to perform that task. If there are no one around to train them, the task simply falls by the wayside, leaving an open vulnerability that will come back later to haunt the company bottom line. I guess maybe the company thinks keeping the managers will prevent knowledge loss....haha!!
