I think we can all agree that things at T-Mobile are worse than ever in every possible aspect. Being laid off is no longer something I see as a horrible thing, but an opportunity to start again and be paid to do it. I'm not saying it's an ideal situation, but it certainly beats staying here.

Hey clowns...this company is not woke...it was pretending to be woke...like apple...slaves make phones...but do a cool commercial for all the sheep to believe...if you actually ever thought this company, or any other , aren't around to make money for their investors (not a bad thing) you are a su---r...
People who think of woke as a bad thing are ignorant and/or just don’t have much regard for people not like them. But I bet you want people to hear your s-b stories and make changes when someone ain’t woke to your privileged needs. Gotta love the insanity. If this triggers you, please seek therapy.
Your paycheck comes from The Lord not some temporary imaginary boss at TMO.

You have to have faith in The Lord to deliver you and provide for you. I was in a similar situation and God never failed me. Put your faith and trust in The Lord as he's bigger than any situation in life.

no, we haven't been told the truth as to why the layoffs - the real truth
no, we haven't seen leaders affected by this layoff - why?
yes, something bigger is up for T-Mobile that will enrich those at the top
It was a good company. Was.
Sad to see a thriving company get woke, weak and robbed.
Our leaders lied at the congress.
And are now 'retiring' or 'pursuing new things'.
Some company cultures are better than others, but the underlying dynamics of working in a Corporate position are similar no matter where you work.
As they say, it's the nature of the beast.
