Lumen Technologies’ creditor advisors are said to have signed NDAs to discuss a debt extension and inject fresh cash.
The potential investment would be less than $1 billion.

the managed by buffoons comment is spot on
of course, until we return to doing sane things ... a bright future seems unlikely
No, you had people with 20 years of experience being Managed by buffoons! Don’t try to blame the employees as the Management and the Executives destroyed this company all by themselves! You must be a Yes man?!
You’re so off base. We’ve had 20 years of people with “Telco experience” running the company… right into the ground.
mass markets and/or Quantum Fiber sale?
pure speculation
My guess for this week.
Lumen to hit 2.00 by end of Friday's trade.
I expect we’ll see a disclosure that Lumen is in talks with T-Mobile or possibly Brightspeed to buy what’s left of Lumen in the next 30 days IMO.<<
I hope so but I don't think anybody will try a buy out before bankruptcy.
Kate figured out she couldn’t make Lumen work just before she took her ski trip. Read that article where she said she might not be able to change minds of core people. So what’s she really here for? Selling off what’s left of Lumen. In the process she’s giving all her laid off friends from Microsoft a short term gig. This cr-p, and it is cr-p, of hiring 150 sellers, with zip telco experience, is just an excuse to buy time to find a seller and placate the board. No one bought her word salad responses at last conf call. Personally the Analysts were so shocked with the weak response that they had nothing to say. Who hires Sales Reps with zero Telco knowledge when you are in the worst possible situation? No you bring in the rain makers, the pros, to dig you out of the hole you’ve made. I expect we’ll see a disclosure that Lumen is in talks with T-Mobile or possibly Brightspeed to buy what’s left of Lumen in the next 30 days IMO.
That's probably for their upcoming legal woes...
Dear Kate - What are we going to do ??
